The new machine model I am presenting, is equipped with the Dooble Rolling Sistem, a double ball rolling system, controlled by a Motor Inverter aided by a PLC, programmed by P.C. This system makes the part in contact between the material to be processed and the fixed part double, as the product is processed in this way:
Three-quarter turn forward.
Three-quarter turns backward.
One full turn forward to bring out the worked balls.
With this system, even with a small diameter roller, it is possible to obtain very compact and perfectly spherical balls.
The machine controls are: Start Button, Stop Button and with two Potentiometers that allow to adjust the forward and backward excursion of the roller, so that each person can adjust the machine according to the product he/she processes and adjust the roller as he/she prefers.
The machine when it leaves the factory is already calibrated, and d has undergone a 4-hour continuous working test, so that the end customer has the confidence to be able to connect the machine to the power supply and start working without any problems.
